RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Twels Digital, we provide both digital products and digital services. Due to the nature of these offerings, our refund policy is limited and designed to protect both parties while remaining fair and transparent.


📦 DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (downloads, templates, resources, access-based content) are non-refundable once delivered.

Because access is granted instantly after purchase, all sales are considered final.


💻 SERVICES

For services (including but not limited to consulting, setup, strategy, or custom digital work):

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started
  • If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered

If a project has already started, refunds are not available, as time and resources have been allocated.


❗ REFUNDS (LIMITED CASES)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved
  • The service was not delivered at all

In all cases, we first aim to resolve the issue before issuing any refund.

  • Delays caused by missing information or lack of response from the client

⏳ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Responding in a timely manner when required
  • Reviewing product/service details before purchase

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
